Pricing

  • General Pest Control – $65
    A monthly maintenance program will keep your general pests (i.e. ants, spiders, scorpions, grasshoppers, and crickets to name a few) under control. Price may vary based on the size of your home.

  • German Cockroach Treatment – $150-$300
    Includes 2 treatments, typically 2 weeks apart. For German Cockroaches only. Call our office for a free inspection to determine what breed of cockroaches are in your home.

  • Wasp Treatment – $75-$100
    We will eradicate the wasps and remove their nest.

  • Bee Treatment – $150-$200
    Please note that we do not relocate bees. We also do not perform hive removal.

  • Flea Treatment – $150-$300
    Includes 2 treatments, typically 2 weeks apart. Please note that there are special instructions that need to be followed for this treatment. Please see our services tab, or call our office for those instructions.

  • Tick Treatment – $150-$300
    Includes 2 treatments, typically 2 weeks apart. Prices may vary based on the size of treatment area.

  • Carpet Beetle Treatment – $150-$300
    Carpet beetle removal. Please note that there are special instructions that need to be followed for this treatment. Please see our services tab, or call our office for those instructions.

  • Bed Bug Treatment – $250-$600
    Includes 2 treatments, typically 2 weeks apart. Please note that there are special instructions that need to be followed for this treatment. Please see our services tab, or call our office for those instructions. Prices may vary based on the size of treatment area, and the severity of the infestation.

  • Rodent Removal – Requires Bid
    We will perform a free inspection and give a bid for treatment. Call us for an inspection.

  • Termite Treatment – Requires Bid
    We will perform a free inspection and give a bid for treatment. Call us for an inspection.

  • WDIIR Reports- $60-$90 depending on the area

We perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Reports (WDIIR) for real estate transactions and home refinance. Pricing in the Tucson Area and surrounding communities (Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, Green Valley, and Sahuarita) is $60 per unit. Beyond these communities, throughout the rest of Southern Arizona, prices are $90 per unit. Please call our office for pricing beyond Southern Arizona, and for large commercial or multi-unit properties.
